Winning Customer Service Training

On Monday 12th of April, Stephen and Richard attended the Winning Customer Service training session run by Integra Management Services in Toowoomba. This training focused on ways for businesses to provide efficient customer service to clients, while creating win-win situations for both the provider and client.
